Nursery
The Holy Comforter Nursery provides professionally-staffed childcare for infants and toddlers (ages 0-3), a place where our youngest children can experience the love of God by feeling secure, resting, playing, and learning. We create a safe, enriched, and nurturing environment for your children so that parents may fully participate in worship, education, and special events.
When is Nursery Available?
The Nursery will be open every Sunday morning from 9 AM to 12 PM and on occasion for special church events.
Who Can Come?
Infants and toddlers aged 0-3 are welcome.
Infants must have received their first set of shots (usually around 6-8 weeks old).
Safety
The safety of our children is extremely important to us. We keep the Nursery locked at all times. Each child is welcomed into a developmentally appropriate room with professional adult staff members. All nursery staff have American Red Cross Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification and have completed the "Safe Church, Safe Communities" abuse prevention program. Classrooms are continually evaluated for cleanliness and safety.
When You Visit
On arrival, children are checked in. Whoever drops off the child must pick the child up. Parents must also leave their cell phone number with the Nursery so we may reach them if necessary.
